The chatbot will be able to answer user queries and provide step-by-step guidance on how to use the product and integrate it with websites and apps through API based on programming language.

The chatbot should be available 24/7, allowing users to get assistance at any time, even outside of business hours.
The chatbot should be able to personalize the user experience based on the user's past interactions and preferences, providing a more tailored and relevant experience.
